Return Policy

We hope you fall in love with your purchase, but if you don’t, returns to Nomad Story are simple to make and free of charge. If you need to send an item back, simply register your return with us within 30 days of your purchase. Then, all you need to do is package it and send it back to us.

Items should be sent back in the original, unworn condition, with all Nomad Story and designer tags still attached. Nomad Story will not provide refunds for lost or damaged returns. 

Selected items are not eligible for return. Look out for products marked with “This item is non-returnable”, which can be found on the product page.

Products can only be returned for a refund. Once Nomad Story has received the returned items, you should receive a refund within 15-20 days, depending on the bank’s internal procedures.

Please make sure to read the product policy before returning your items.

How to return your items

Registered Customers

  1. Login to your account through Nomad Story’s Website, Click “Order History,” Choose the order you want to return from the list, Click “Return Order”, or Select specific items if you wish to do a partial return.
  2. Initiate the e-return process.
  3. A pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you via email. Print it out and stick it to the package.
  4. Contact DHL (internationally) or UPS (within the US & Canada) to arrange shipping.
  5. Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, not forgetting the order slip, and send it back to us using the label provided.
  6. The full amount excluding delivery charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 15-20 days depending on the bank’s internal procedures.

Guest Customers

  1. Click “Order Return ” in the website footer and enter your First Name, Last Name, E-Mail Address and Order ID
  2. List the items that you need to return as well as the return reasons
  3. Click Send
  4. E-Mail confirmation will be sent to you
  5. A member of our team will contact you to arrange the return logistics with you

Product Policy

All items returned to Nomad Story must be unworn with all tags still attached. Those that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded.

Please ensure clothing is returned with all Nomad Story and designer tags attached. Take care when trying on light colours or delicate fabrics, and return items in new and unused condition.

Please return any dust bags, certificates of authenticity and boxes as these are considered to be part of the product.

Shoes should be returned without markings to the sole and with its original shoe box/bag.

We ensure all products that leave Nomad Story’s warehouse are in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
