How do I place an order? 

Placing an order with Nomad Story is very simple. Browse the product listing at the top of the page (Just In / Designers / Clothing / Shoes etc) and scroll through to the items that have inspired you! Or, you can use the search function on the top right hand side of the page. 

Once you have fallen in love with the product(s), select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Make sure to review the products in your bag and continue through to checkout where you will be asked for payment details. You will be asked to either register your personal details or continue through as a guest. Enter your delivery details as well as the billing address that your purchasing payment method is registered to. Proceed to purchase to complete your order.

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from Nomad Story. Once your order is ready to be sent out, you will receive another email with your order details and how you can track your order. What is STYLE CONNOISSEUR and how do I use it?

If you’re looking for inspiration and open to exploring, our “Style Connoisseur” tool can suggest some stunning options. You can select the occasion, aesthetic and price range and let us work our magic!

What is SHOP THE LOOK and how does it work?

“Shop the Look” is Nomad Story’s virtual lookbook. Instead of selecting individual styles from our product pages to create a complete look, we do the work for you! Go to the “Essentials” page on our website and you will find looks according to style or collection. 

How can I track my order? 

Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you an email to let you know it is being processed. We will prepare your order to be packaged and sent to you. Once it has been dispatched from Nomad Story’s warehouse, we will send you an email so you can track your order on our website. 

If you are a registered customer, you can check your order status by logging in to your account on Nomad Story’s website and selecting your order from the list. The order status will appear next to it. 

If you checked out as a guest, go to Nomad Story’s website, Click “Order and Returns,” enter your order ID and email address or simply click the link in your order confirmation email.

How can I cancel my order? 

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel. As long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, you can cancel it immediately by contacting our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, we will be able to process a return for you.

How can I return my order?

Making returns to Nomad Story is easy and free of charge. 

We accept returns that are requested within 30 days of your order being placed. Products must be returned in unworn condition with the original packaging and the return tag still attached.

For Registered Customers: Login to your account through Nomad Story’s Website, click “Order History,” choose the order you want to return from the list, click “Return Order.”

For Guests: Go to Nomad Story’s Website, click “Order and Return Status” and enter your order ID and email address OR simply click the link in your order confirmation email.

You can choose whether you wish to return the whole order or select certain items for return. 

Once we have received your return, the full amount (excluding duties, taxes and shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method within 15-20 days, depending on your bank’s internal policies. We will not accept returns or make refunds if we receive damaged items or products with missing tags.

What is your refund policy? 

Nomad Story offers free returns on any order to ensure returning is as easy and convenient as possible.

Once we have received your return, the full amount (excluding duties, taxes and shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method within 15-20 days, depending on your bank’s internal policies. We will not accept returns or make refunds if we receive damaged items or products missing tags.

When will my new purchase arrive? 

We know you can’t wait to rock your new look, so Nomad Story aims to provide the fastest and most efficient delivery service possible. 

If you are ordering within the U.S., items should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you are ordering internationally, DHL express delivery should get your item to you within 1-2 weeks. 

While Nomad Story strives to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible, please be aware that packages may be held up at customs or incur extra fees.

What is my size? 

We provide a sizing guide on each of our products to ensure you get the perfect fit. The guide includes a comparison of standard international sizing to help you find the fit that is right for you. 

What are the accepted payment methods?

Nomad Story accepts payment by credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Stripe Cards. 

Payment will be collected from your payment method upon the packing of your order from Nomad Story’s website. 

What are the accepted currencies? 

On Nomad Story’s website products are listed in USD as default. All other currencies are available in a dropdown menu.

How secure is my payment? 

All payment transactions on the Nomad Story’s website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

Nomad Story provides the option for you to safely store your card details, making it quicker and simpler to shop with us. Your full card details will never be displayed, except for the last four digits so that you know which of your cards you are using.

You can delete your card details at any time by unchecking “Remember My Payment Details” on the payment page.

Nomad Story does not share or store any personal payment details. 

Which countries does Nomad Story deliver to?

Can I change the delivery location after checkout? 

Once you have made your order, you cannot change the delivery location. However, if the order has not yet been prepared for shipping, you can cancel it by contacting our Customer Care team at wecare@nomadstory.com or call us on +1 332-333-2655.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

Nomad Story endeavours to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a damaged item, contact our Customer Care team at wecare@nomadstory.com or +1 332-333-2655 and they will help you arrange a return.

Do I need to create an account to place an order? 

No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can simply check out as a guest. 

However, registering on our website will make your shopping experience much quicker and simpler. You will have the option to save your payment and delivery details, add products to your wishlist and review your orders. 

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

I’d like to opt-out of the Nomad Story mail list, How can I do that? 

We’ll be sad to see you go! But if you’d like to opt-out, simply click the Unsubscribe button on any mailing list email you’ve received from us. 

Is my personal information safe? 

Nomad Story takes care to ensure the personal information you share with us is safe and secure. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your data from unauthorized use and ensure any third partners who we share data with also provide sufficient protection. 

Are you going to have my size again?

If the item you selected is not available in your size, you can click on the “notify me when back in stock” button. We will then send you an email to let you know when we have your size again. 

How much will I be charged for shipping? 

Within the U.S., shipping is free of charge. Outside the U.S., delivery is $30 for orders under $200, and free of charge for orders above $200. 

How much will I be charged for return?

Nomad Story allows you to return all items free of charge within 30 days of placing an order, as long as products are in unused condition with tags still attached. 

Will I need to pay taxes and duties? 

The prices listed on Nomad Story’s website do not include taxes and duties. You may have to pay additional taxes or import duty if you are outside the U.S. or Canada

What happens to paid duties & taxes when I return the order partially or fully?

Nomad Story insures all packages up to a value of $100. This covers your package from when it leaves our warehouse to when it reaches you. Once it is in your possession, Nomad Story is no longer responsible.

If the package is damaged upon delivery, we recommend you refuse the delivery. Contact a member of our Customer Care team at wecare@nomadstory.com or +1 332-333-2655.

Can I make an exchange? 

Nomad Story cannot make exchanges. If you wish to buy a different item, you will have to return the item you originally ordered and make a new order.
